We can coordinate your cash bar or staff your host bar.

Do you have a themed event? We are ready to meet with you to design a drink menu to compliment your ideas.

Our trained, and licensed professional bartenders will arrive at least one hour prior to your event time with all the necessary bar set up items. Including ice chests, wine and beer tools, napkins, stir straws, plastic cups, fruits and juices.

If you prefer glassware we can coordinate this rental for you and bring the desired rental items with us to your event. Our staff will remain until all aspects of bar area are cleaned to your specifications.

Either serivce you choose, we will ensure your guests are taken care of.

Charges

Save-the-Date Fee $100.00-This amount reserves your event on our calendar and is applied to the event set-up fee and your balance.

Bartenders $150.00 per event-(maximum of 4 event hours) Number of required tenders is based on the size of your event.

Bar Set-up fee $200.00 per bar, and includes- Large ice chest, ice scoops, beer and wine keys, napkins, stir straws, plastic cups, fruits and mixers.

Cash Bar options- Cash register rentals are $20.00 per register per night. Number needed depends on the size of your event.

Drink tickets- we offer a drink ticket option if you would like to purchase drinks for your guests and then allow them to purchase additional drinks. Each ticket is $6.00

Our bartenders use tip jars, if you would prefer not to have tip jars a 16% gratuity will be added to your balance.
